Yes. Santa listens and responds in real time using generated conversation technology, rather than a prerecorded message. It is entertainment, not a connection to a human Santa performer.

What makes the call personal?

The details you choose to add: interests, achievements, gentle encouragement or an upcoming occasion. Each call can be prepared differently. Responses vary, so a particular line or outcome is not guaranteed.

When can we try it?

Santa Calls is coming soon to iPhone. Public child calls remain closed until the required OpenAI data-retention approval and child-privacy safeguards are complete. Read what that means.
